We apply data minimization, access controls, and Data Processing Agreements with infrastructure partners.
Ads may be served through AppLovin and its mediation network. We may share advertising IDs, device information, session metrics, ad events, and non-precise country or language data. We do not share email, phone numbers, login credentials, or precise GPS with ad partners.

Your data may be processed outside your country. We use encryption, Standard Contractual Clauses where required, and vendor safeguards for cross-border processing.
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. After 90 days of account inactivity, we delete personal data linked to your Account unless a longer period is required by law. Anonymized analytics may be kept longer.
Trend Play iOS is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Contact us to request deletion if you believe a child has provided data.
The Application may link to third-party websites or ad landing pages. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date will change, and material updates may be communicated in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
